Create a button that allows reps to "mute" alerts from accounts from appearing in views, or recieving alerts from those accounts, if they have noted that they are not in a poisition to buy in the current moment, or have been disqualified for another reason at the lead level rather than the account level.

Also allow managers to "mute" accounts for reps based on current activities.
